Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We gladly accept returns but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Since shipping costs to and from Hawaii are quite high, we strongly encourage you to review all photographs and listing details carefully and ask any questions prior to purchase. If there is a material error or omission in the listed product information, we will cover the cost of the return shipping as well.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and unaltered in any way. Please retain the original packaging/shipping materials to use for return shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as special orders and customized or personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Upon approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
